Privacy and Security
Your privacy is respected and your submitted information is not, and will not be shared with any other parties.
Empressionista accepts payments with Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover, all of which are processed through the secure payment platform Stripe which is an internationally trusted and secure online payment platform.
Empressionista also accepts PayPal which allows for Debit and Credit Card payments without a PayPal account.
PayPal is safe, secure and easy to use. To pay with a credit card choose the PayPal option and then the “continue without a PayPal account” link on the PayPal page.
I also accept direct payments with your cards through my etsy store https://www.etsy.com/shop/empressionistar.
Items will not be shipped until confirmation of the PayPal or card payment has been received.
Please make your payment straight away. This will prevent your order from being delayed. All mailing estimates are from the date of cleared payments, not date of purchase.
Please ensure your payment is made within 2 days of your order, otherwise your order may be cancelled. Don’t stress…I will attempt contacting you before cancellation.
Shipping and Fulfilment
Your items will be shipped with Australia Post within 2 days of receiving payment. Trackable mail is available on orders over $100.00
All orders are shipped with Auspost and depart Australia on 2nd day of shipping arriving in destination country on 3rd or 4th day. Their onward journey is then in the jurisdiction of the relevant country’s postal service.
Once your item has shipped, you will receive notification of date of mailing and the tracking number if sent with Tracking. You can then track via Australia Post and your mail carrier in your destination country, with your country’s relevant online postal tracking service.

Orders in Sales
Items purchased during a sale are not refundable nor exchangeable.
Any item that is defective or damaged during shipping can be replaced. Any item that has been used and damaged during use will not be replaced.
Upon receipt of your delivered package an exchange will be given within 2 working days.
Personalised and Custom Items
Empressionista unfortunately cannot offer refunds or exchanges on these items due to the nature of them being customized.
Return Shipping Payment
Empressionista does not offer return shipping. If you are in Australia and have purchased with Paypal this feature is provided through Paypal. It is otherwise your responsibility to cover the return shipping fee, please provide customs declaration (available at your post office) and if a replacement is provided this will be the cost of Empressionista, unless other arrangements were made.
