HOW DO I PAY?

Please pay using the secure Paypal checkout where you can use either your credit card through Paypal or Paypal direct. This will prevent your order from being delayed. All posting estimates are from the date of cleared payments, not date of purchase. I prefer Paypal, but if you wish , please contact me for alternate arrangements. Currently if you wish to pay with a Credit Card please do so via paypal where your credit card details are completely safe and secure.

All payments are in Australian dollars. Your order will be held until payment clears.

Please ensure your payment is made at the same time as your order otherwise your order may be cancelled. Dont stress...I will attempt contacting you before cancellation. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping for a full refund. For further info check out Refunds and Exchanges.

WHAT ABOUT SHIPPING ADDRESSES?

When using Paypal, please make sure your Paypal address is correct. If you cannot update your Paypal address before purchase, please email me from the contact form on the contact page.

HOW DO I PAY FOR AUSTRALIAN POSTAGE?

On the store page, please select the postage for your destination, - if you are ordering more than one item please select as many extra items as postage. If your destination isn't shown, then please select everywhere else. Postages are on page 9 and 10 of the store. This is the preferred method as Paypal doesn't currently calculate this.

HOW DO I PAY FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

I ship the globe over! On the store page, please select your postage destination ie; USA & Canada, Australia, UK or Everywhere else, - if you are ordering more than one item please select as many extra items as postage. This is the preferred method as Paypal doesn't currently calculate this. Your print will be shipped with Australia post airmail, which may take 7 to 10 working days to reach international destinations.

CAN YOU GET ITEMS SHIPPED FOR A DATE?

If you need quicker receipt or delivery by a specific date, please ask about shipping options available before ordering. I will then set up a custom listing on the store page product album with your name, you can then purchase it and add to your shopping cart in the normal way. It will include the specific postage or courier cost to your destination.

IF THE MAILING DOESN'T APPEAR?

Please understand I cannot guarantee delivery time once your item is with Australia Post unless some form of guaranteed service is purchased. Purchasing insurance is also recommended, please email me to find out the extra costs involved.

WHAT ABOUT CUSTOMS AND TARIFFS?

International customers are responsible for any and all fees and tariffs associated with Customs. These fees and tariffs are not included in either the purchase and/or shipping costs. Full retail value of items is listed on customs forms.

HOW DO I REQUEST A CUSTOMIZED ITEM?

All customised art pieces must be approved before your order can be mailed. If I've made an error with your order, I will be happy to replace your item.

If you've approved an art piece that was incorrect and/or incorrect details were provided, please inform me to discuss a suitable solution.

WHAT IF IT GETS DAMAGED?

I am not able to guarantee the prevention of damage to your piece once it has been dispatched. But be assured that my packaging has withstood the rigours of international post at peak times and in foul weather!
